Welcome to the 2010 Leadership Summit, the place where leaders come to meet.
The EFC Leadership Summit is where leaders come to be transformed. Where they can leave knowing that they are eqipped to transform their communities to make their church a better place for their community.
Churches today have taken a back seat and let the world pass them by while they watch from within the four walls of the church buildings. Attendance has dwindled down by at least 2% per year over the last decade because people do not find their purpose in attending a talk once a week.
It is time that Chrsitians find their identity in God. By doing so, they will find their purpose. By creating an Externally Focused Church it allows for people to grow. By allowing people to grow, communities will be developed and the true church of Christ will be born. Not a church where people come come and sit and listen once a week, but a place where people come to hear direction before becoming mobile in their communities causing transformational impact.
This is what the 2010 Leadership Summit is about.
